Act 195/90 ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE:
Historically, a requisition received prior to June 1, should generate a shipment by the vendor to the school by the start of the school year. However several factors could delay receipt of items you ordered.
For example: Late submission, Mail service delays, Return of requisitions for corrections or clarifications, Eligibility review, Data entry problems, Vendor price increases or questions, Vendor availability of items, Shipping delays and mistakes.
Calling or emailing to check on orders slows the progression of processing orders. Please do not contact the ACT 195 office or the Nonpublic office to check order status until it has been at least 6 weeks from your mailing your requisitions to the Act 195 office. Thank you.
