We are accepting Act 195/90/35 Requisitions for the 2013-14 School Year. Please direct all requests for blank purchase requisition forms to Mrs. Joan McKenzie in the Division of Planning. Her e-mail address is jomckenzie@state.pa.us.
PLEASE NOTE: Our mailing address has changed. Our office has recently moved to the 3rd Floor – we are not located on the 5th Floor any longer. (Everything else remains the same).
The orders will not be processed until the 2013 Budget passes.
